Cross-border defense

The lawyers of SvS defend across borders.  We are co-founders of the international network of lawyers Concilium.

The representation of affected persons in cross-border criminal proceedings poses special challenges for the defense, which it can only meet in close cooperation with specialised foreign

colleagues. The lawyers of SvS have in-depth knowledge in the field of cross-border defense and are able to draw on a proven network of foreign colleagues from the most important jurisdictions at any time in order to defend the parties concerned in the best possible way, taking into account all domestic and foreign legal issues.
